Write Motivation – Week 4

Oh. My. God. February has come and gone, and I really wasn’t ready for it. This whole 28 day month thing was a terrible idea. Uuuugh.

Anyway, here’s my damage:

1) Write the first draft of the Anthology short story. (Approx. 3k-8k words.) – Still at 500 words. UGH. TERRIBLE.

Stretch Goal: Finish the BHReboot Outtake: Halloween and email to beta. (Approx. 3k-5k words).  -I did finish this though! Yay me! (Emailed it to my beta and everything!)

2) Finish plotting Cloudy with a Chance of Satan. – Done, done, done!

3) Write 10k-15k on Cloudy. – I… bought paper and printer ink to print out what I already had on this (from last year)? YEAH. NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED ON THIS.

Stretch Goal: Write 5k on BHReboot (either Part Two or another outtake, I’m not that picky). – Big ol’ negatory on this one, too.

4) Blog 3x a week. – I think I blogged twice this week. SO THIS ONE IS A BIG OLD ‘NO,’ TOO. UGH.

UUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH.

(Yeah, I think I will be signing up for March. Because I got NOTHING DONE. Blech.)

  1. What do you mean you got nothing done? Maybe you didn’t get all you hoped for done, but you DID get things done and this is GOOD.

Maybe I should be making Japanese a goal in April (this month is filled with A-Z), because as much as I want to be studying and working on it I simply cannot structure a plan. I’m failing so badly at this. And at least for the moment no idea how to fix it.
